Die Ovens

Belco Die Ovens are available in top-opening chest type or roll-out drawer type designs.
The Belco Infrared, Chest-type Die Oven, is designed for heating one (1) single (die/tool) in one (1) compartment, top-loading electric heated, with one (1) top-opening manual door.
Infrared heating gives the extrusion process a faster option to just-in-time orders, numerous die changes or emergencies due to unexpected problems. This Die/Tool heating method offers more uniform metal temperature throughout the Die/Tool allowing the billet to start pushing with less force.

Age and/or Annealing Ovens

Belco Age Ovens offer properly directed high volume air flow for minimal heat up time and maximum uniformity of temperature from load to load.
Designs can be Single End Flow, Dual End Flow, Cross Flow, Reversing (Single End Flow or Cross Flow)
Automatically programmed controls can allow the oven to operate during off shifts.
They can be operated with gas or electricity.
Programmable logic control is available, as well as racks, carts, and load/unload systems.
Annealing capabilities are available on all designs.
ASTM B918 and CQI9 Rated Ovens.
