Hot Extrusion Saw Roller Conveyor
The Belco Saw Roller Conveyor is located between the press platen and run-out conveyor and serves as the initial lead out table. The saw is designed to operate in conjunction with the extrusion puller and will cut during the press dead cycle in single puller mode and cut on the fly in dual puller mode. The saw proper is attached to the conveyor chains and rollers fill the remaining lead out area. The saw retracts below the height of the roller conveyor so that the unit can be used as a standard lead out table. The saw is a self-contained, floor-mounted unit designed to match the press and run-out table height.
