Belco has recently received purchase orders to provide two (2) more Hot Log Saws and a high efficiency TEE Furnace to Alcoa. That brings us to a total of five (5) new Hot Log Saws for this customer alone.

Belco ships four (4) more furnaces. The summer months were busy as Belco has recently shipped four (4) more high efficiency TEE Furnaces to valued customers around the U.S. and Canada. This brings Belco to a total of ten (10) furnaces for the year with more on the way.

Belco is granted a second patent on their Hot Log Saw

While continuing to improve and refine their revolutionary Hot Log Saw Belco has been awarded a second US Patent No. 7,328,600 on this money saving invention for the Aluminum Extrusion Industry.

Belco starts up first high speed vertical powder coating system

Belco has recently started up the first high production powder coating system for vertically hung aluminum extrusions.  The system is capable of operating at speeds up to 25 fpm and coating parts up to 24’-0” long.  The system, located at Indalex Aluminum Solutions in Gainesville, Georgia, is the first of it’s kind by a US manufacturer.

After 22 months the United States Patent Office has issued U.S. Patent No. 7,047,784 on the new Belco Hot Log Saw.  Belco, teamed with B&O Saws, has developed this new and revolutionary technology after considerable research and design.
