Stretchers
Belco extrusion stretchers are hydraulically operated, PLC controlled, and available in both detwist and non-detwist types.
The stretcher feed belt conveyor receives the extrusions from the cooling table and moves them into the stretcher jaws.
A camera on the head stock and monitor on the tail stock assure safe and proper extrusion alignment.
A dual-loading chain conveyor positions the extrusions during the stretching cycle, then transfers them to the storage conveyor.
