Saw / Mini-Slat Conveyor

This mini-slat conveyor is designed to operate in conjunction with the extrusion puller.

The extrusion will be cut on the dead-cycle time of the press.

When the puller stops, the saw cuts the metal and retracts a fixed distance, leaving the ends of the extrusion to be gripped by the puller for the next cycle.

Working with a Dual Puller our Saw becomes a cut –on-the-fly design.  The saw tracks the die mark as it comes out of the press and cuts at the mark without a break in the cycle.

Cooling Tables

The ROLT (Run Out / Liftover / Transfer) conveyor systems are Belco’s conventional designs.

These unique extrusion cooling tables have proven effective and efficient over many years of operation.

Belco also supplies Belt Type Cooling Tables and for the tight budgeted systems we will supply Walking Beam Cooling Tables.
